Qualifications & Skills
- Unrestricted OT license and CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation
- Preferred: Six months' OT experience, home health background
- Conduct functional assessments and interpret diagnostic tests
- Implement and adjust personalized treatment plans
- Coordinate discharge and community reintegration activities
- Supervise therapy staff and document care thoroughly
- Communicate patient progress to healthcare team and family
