We are seeking a dedicated Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and cardiometabolic health optimization services.

- Administering hormone therapies, medical weight management, and health optimization treatments following protocols.
- Conducting patient consultations, physical exams, screenings, and creating personalized care plans.
- Performing routine procedures, ordering and evaluating lab tests, and administering medications.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Providing education, follow-up care, and addressing patient questions professionally.
- Communicating effectively with staff and management regarding patient and staff concerns.
- California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a master's degree.
- DEA registration, NPI number, OIG clearance, and background check clearance.
- Ability to travel locally with a valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Background in women’s health, endocrinology, or internal medicine preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and professional.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse patients and work independently.
