MRI Technologist

Role: MRI Technologist responsible for performing high-quality MRI exams, ensuring patient safety, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI procedures, adjusting equipment settings to produce optimal images.
• Administer contrast agents safely and effectively.
• Guide patients through the exam process, addressing questions and concerns.
• Respond to physician inquiries regarding patient imaging.
• Safeguard patient property, health information, and medications according to policies.
• Maintain professional behavior, respecting patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
• Establish and foster cooperative relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification and state license if applicable.
• BLS certification; venipuncture certification may be required.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
