Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Home Health/Hospice

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical services following agency policies
  • Prepare and maintain clinical and progress notes
  • Assist physicians and registered nurses with specialized procedures
  • Prepare equipment and materials for treatments, observing aseptic techniques
  • Educate patients on self-care techniques

Qualifications & Skills

  • Active state license
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • BLS/BCLS certification
  • Proficiency with EMR (Brightree)
  • Flexibility for call and holiday coverage
  • Strong clinical and patient education skills
