- Inform patients of test results, follow-up appointments, and medication instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and post lab/exam results
- Schedule tests, treatments, and referrals, including obtaining pre-authorizations
- Assist providers with physical exams and prepare patients for procedures
- Order prescriptions, monitor inventory, and record health histories
- Respond to calls, triage patients, and coordinate departmental activities
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Valid LPN license per state regulations
- Preferred: minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical or hospital setting
