Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

  • Execute physician’s care plans and document care accurately
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Perform patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Educate and train family members on health management

Qualifications & Skills

  • Valid LPN license in the practicing state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Comfortable providing in-home nursing care for all ages
  • Pediatrics experience is beneficial but not required; training provided
