Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in pediatric home health care.
Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs, working closely with RNs and clinical leaders. Focus on delivering safe, confident, and consistent care in the home environment, supporting patient relationships, and following individualized plans of care.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid NJ LPN or multistate license, recent physical exam, PPD or chest X-ray, BLS CPR, valid driver’s license, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, and vent care.
Key Duties & Support: Access to clinical support 24/7, PPE provided, CDC-aligned safety measures, and an employee portal for scheduling and rewards.
