Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Role Overview: Provide patient-centered nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications, treatments, and wound care. Collect and document patient information, monitor and report condition changes, and assist with activities of daily living. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care, and perform additional duties based on facility needs.
