Your duties include conducting timely collections, assisting with customer follow-up, communicating with management, capturing device damage via webcam, researching items, and escalating potential issues. You will work primarily during afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications & Skills
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to interpret documents and procedures critically
- Physical ability to lift 10-25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team while maintaining confidentiality
- Ensure proper processing of aged devices
- Support management with follow-up tasks
- Maintain communication with team
- Document device damage accurately
- Identify and escalate potential issues
