- Providing quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders
- Assessing and reporting patient condition changes
- Documenting assessments, actions, and care activities
- Updating and following nursing care plans
- Recognizing and responding to patient needs to prevent risks
- Ensuring infection control and patient safety
- Educating families on disease management and self-care techniques
- Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification
- TB test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferably, six months of clinical nursing experience; pediatric experience is a plus
- Attention to detail, organization, and effective communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and reposition patients
- Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation
- Ability to travel and respond to emergency situations
