Role: Certified Nursing Assistant in a home health setting, providing personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities: Assist with

  • personal care, mobility, bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Safe transfers and vital signs monitoring
  • Perform simple treatments, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
  • Collaborate with RN and interdisciplinary team to support care plans
  • Observe, report patient changes, and promote patient safety and comfort

Qualifications & Skills: Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of basic healthcare procedures and safety protocols.
