Certified Nursing Assistant - Senior Living

Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) responsible for delivering person-centered care to residents, supporting their dignity and quality of life.

Key Duties

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as hygiene, dressing, and transfers.
• Support dining activities, including escorting, serving, feeding, and meal cleanup.
• Perform housekeeping tasks like bed making, laundry, and room cleaning as needed.
• Lead and support life enrichment activities, encouraging participation and engagement.
• Escort residents to scheduled programming and outings, promoting active involvement.
• Record vital signs and weights as required.
• Participate in training and educational programs.
• Perform other assigned duties.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• State Certification as a Nursing Assistant, CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
• Preferred: Two years' healthcare experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Strong communication, adherence to attendance, and ability to work independently.
• Physical capability to perform active tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing up to 250 lbs.
  
  

Work Environment: Active role requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and long hours, including nights and weekends. No regular travel expected, though occasional training or emergency travel may occur.
