Role: Behavior Technician, working 1-on-1 with children diagnosed with autism to develop essential skills through play and ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Engage children using play, patience, and therapeutic techniques
  • Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily activities
  • Celebrate progress and build a safe, supportive environment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help children
  • Calm demeanor, eagerness to learn, and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual skills are a plus; no prior experience required, training provided
