Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care as a practicing Physical Therapist.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, compliance, and workflow management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of clinicians and support staff to ensure professional growth and quality outcomes.
- Monitor clinic performance, track key metrics, and implement strategies for growth and efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with patients, physicians, and the local community to support patient referrals and brand reputation.
- Ensure regulatory and organizational standards are consistently met across all aspects of care and operations.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current California state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist.
- 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
