Alpha Hail Repair is looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Representative who enjoys meeting new people and helping customers. If you're competitive, self-driven, and love earning uncapped commissions, we want to hear from you!
No experience in Paintless Dent Repair? No problem! We'll provide industry-leading training. Sales, customer service, automotive, insurance, or retail experience is a plus.
What You'll Do
- Meet with customers affected by hail damage.
- Inspect vehicles and explain the Paintless Dent Repair process.
- Educate customers about insurance claims and repair options.
- Build relationships with insurance agents, body shops, dealerships, and local businesses.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community events.
- Follow up with customers throughout the repair process.
- Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM.
- Help deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
