Job Title: Gymnastics Coach
Location: Pembroke Pines, Florida 33029
At Alpha Gymnastics, we are passionate about creating a positive, supportive, and fun environment where children can learn, grow, and develop their love for gymnastics. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and reliable coach to join our recreational program.
If you are energetic, love working with kids, and want to be part of a positive community, we’d love to hear from you! Experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Teach beginner to intermediate recreational gymnastics classes in a safe, engaging, and encouraging manner
- Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and positive feedback to athletes
- Maintain a safe and structured class environment while keeping lessons fun and age-appropriate
- Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, and staff
- Assist with special events, camps, and showcases as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior gymnastics, cheer, dance, or coaching experience required.
- Passion for working with children and fostering their confidence and skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be dependable, professional, and safety-conscious
