Alpha Fraternity Management has an opportunity for a part-time Facilities Maintenance Manager/Service Tech to oversee our property at Bucknell University. Duties include performing walk-through inspections and coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. Typical duties require 2-5 hours per week with a flexible work schedule. If you can perform any cleaning, maintenance, or repairs, additional hours are available weekly. This is an independent contractor position with a monthly stipend plus occasional hourly work at $30 per hour.
Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the university, pass a background check, be able to communicate well using email, and be able to utilize a tablet or smartphone to record information in a property management app.
