Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Certified Field Inspector / Outside Sales representative. The individual will be responsible for conducting sales presentations, developing new business opportunities, providing outstanding customer service, and performing inspections related to foundation repairs, crawl space encapsulation, and other services offered by Alpha Foundations. The role involves traveling to different locations, interacting with potential and existing customers, and creating customized solutions to meet their foundation repair needs. This is a W2 Commission Only role with eployee ownership and equity in the company.
Qualifications
- Sales Presentations, New Business Development, and Sales skills
- Customer Service skills
- Pest Control knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the foundation or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
