Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cleaner role based in Middleton, WI. The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment across offices, common areas, restrooms, and break spaces. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, emptying trash and recycling, and restocking supplies. The role also involves cleaning windows and glass, sanitizing high-touch areas, and ensuring restrooms meet hygiene standards. The Cleaner will follow health, safety, and company cleaning protocols, report maintenance issues or hazards, and coordinate with supervisors and team members to support special cleaning requests or scheduled deep cleans.

- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift moderate loads, and move equipment throughout a shift.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene standards; willingness to follow all safety procedures.
