Senior Project Manager – Plant Construction (Food & Beverage)

Ready to build what’s next in Food & Beverage manufacturing? We’re looking for a driven Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale capital projects that shape the future of our plants nationwide. From greenfield builds to major facility upgrades, you’ll own the full project lifecycle (planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout) ensuring every milestone hits the mark for safety, quality, and schedule.
You’ll be based in Dallas with 30–40% domestic travel to job sites across the U.S.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end construction and expansion projects for high-performance manufacturing facilities
- Align internal teams, contractors, engineers, and vendors around project goals
- Build and manage timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Oversee procurement and installation of processing & packaging equipment
- Ensure all work meets strict safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Conduct on-site reviews and troubleshoot issues in real time
- Deliver clear status updates and escalate risks when necessary
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 7 years managing industrial construction projects (Food & Beverage experience is a bonus)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, equipment installation, and plant utilities
- Exceptional communicator, organizer, and problem solver
- Skilled in MS Project or similar scheduling tools
