We’re looking for a Research Scientist to drive cutting-edge development and process improvement initiatives in our state-of-the-art facility. This role offers a rare opportunity to influence new product development, optimize manufacturing efficiency, and support large-scale commercialization in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead new product trials and continuous improvement initiatives across cheese formulations and processes
- Provide technical expertise and plant support to improve current recipes and introduce new ones
- Plan, execute, and monitor pilot and full-scale plant trials
- Analyze product and process data to drive insights and solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, production, and supply chain teams
- Help shape the future of cheese innovation through hands-on work and strategic thinking
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, Dairy Manufacturing, Chemistry, or related field
- 3–5 years of cheese-specific R&D experience (required)
- Deep knowledge of cheese manufacturing processes and equipment
- Proven success in plant trials, process optimization, and commercialization
- Detail-oriented, creative problem-solver with strong project and people management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools like Power BI; SAP experience a plus
