What this role is

We help individuals and families:

Get properly protected with life insurance, reduce and manage debt, and build simple financial plans for the future.

You'll be trained to:

Meet with clients (virtually or in-person)

Walk them through basic financial concepts

Help them implement solutions

No prior experience required - we train you.

How you get paid

Performance-based (commission)

Part time: typically $1K-$3K/month starting

Full-time: $5K /month with potential for more

No income cap

Promotions based on performance, not tenure

Those open to earning based on performance instead of hourly pay

Requirements:

Willing to obtain a Life Insurance license (we guide you ~$100)

Strong work ethic reliable communication

Able to pass a background check
