Duties

- Apply pesticides and other pest control methods safely and effectively, following all regulations and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on pest prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and materials used.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as necessary for pest control tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective pest management strategies that align with client needs.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field such as lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and promote services.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery relevant to the role.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently across multiple job sites.
- Knowledge of local regulations regarding pesticide application and safety practices is a plus.
