What to expect day to day: Get Paid to Stay Fit & Be a Key Player in Our Warehouse Team!
- Who needs a gym membership when your job is the workout? As a Warehouse Order Picker, you’ll stay in motion—lifting, stacking, and powering through up to 6,000 lbs. an hour (that’s around 50,000 lbs. a day!) while getting paid to break a sweat.
- Glide through the warehouse on electric pallet jacks, stack strong, steady pallets, and build customer orders with speed and precision. If you’ve got a sharp eye for detail, you’ll fit right in—because accuracy keeps everything running like clockwork.
- Safety is always front and center. You’ll handle loads up to 80 lbs., stay alert on the floor, and perform daily equipment checks—because doing things right matters here.
- You’ll experience a variety of temps—including freezer zones down to -25°F—but don’t worry, we provide the gear to keep you warm, comfortable, and ready to go.
- And it’s not just about the work—it’s about the team. You’ll connect with your crew, share ideas, and help make the warehouse better every day, all while staying active and on the move.
- Even better? You’ll have the security of a union role with Teamsters Local 690. And when your team needs support, you’re all in—because that’s what great teammates do.
- Please Note: This position cannot adjust or accommodate the applicant’s requested schedule. This is not a matter of discretion but is governed by established union rules and regulations. These agreements specify scheduling practices, staffing requirements, and work assignments, leaving no flexibility for individual exceptions. Accordingly, the company must adhere to these contractual obligations and cannot alter the schedule to align with the applicant’s availability.

- Starting salary $23.71 per hour, with guaranteed multiple pay increases within your first year!!!!!!
- Step 2; 1040 Hours Worked - $26.34 per hour.
- Step 3; 2080 Hours Worked - $28.32 per hour.
- Step 4; 4160 Hours Worked - $30.30 per hour.
- Step 5; 6240 Hours Worked - $32.93 per hour.
- Annual Contractual Wage Increases each June!
- Medical/Dental/Vision/RX Insurance Benefits - URM pays 100% of the premium for the employee and for their dependents!!!
- Company paid contribution to the Western Conference of Teamsters Pension Plan for the employee’s retirement benefits.
