Would you like to gain hands-on experience in a growing consulting firm with a multi-state presence, a passionate team with industry expertise, and a group of professionals who likes to work hard while having fun? Alpha is seeking Interns for our 2025 Internship Program.

What's this internship all about?

• Key responsibilities will include entry-level duties of moderate difficulty providing the opportunity for training in various departments throughout the organization.
• Performs assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for successful performance.
• Gathering and organizing data to provide information for departmental special projects or reports, assisting professional-level employees on assignments.
• Assignments will serve to offer practical experience and broad exposure to the company’s structure.
• Utilizes current department-specific software to complete assignments.
• Specific activities vary by assignment.
  
  

Here’s What You’ll Need

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s program studying Civil, Structural Engineering or Transportation
• Seeking hands-on experience in civil or structural engineering
• Knowledge of industry-related software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation
• Eager, driven, energetic, and enjoy a challenge.
• Able to diagnose problems and propose potential solutions.
• Team-oriented, positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
