Responsibilities:
Alpha comfort care is seeking a license social worker for hospice.
Requirements:
- 5:30pm IDT meeting every 14 days on wednesday
- Must hold a valid license as a Clinical Social Worker.
- Experience in conducting group therapy sessions is required.
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and ICD-9 coding is preferred.
- Familiarity with Christian counseling principles is a plus.
- Strong skills in individual and family counseling techniques.
- Ability to provide effective case management services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
