About the Role
Alpha Capital is expanding its commercial lending division and seeking a high-performing Loan Originator specializing in commercial multi-family financing. If you know how to source deals, build relationships with sophisticated borrowers, and structure winning loan terms — this is the platform to scale your volume and income.
You’ll work directly with developers, operators, and seasoned real estate investors, originating a wide range of loan products including bridge, private, hard money, and agency refinances. This is a full-cycle origination role where your relationships and expertise drive the business — and your earnings.
What You’ll Do
- Originate loans for commercial multi-family deals across various capital stacks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and operators
- Structure, negotiate, and package loan solutions tailored to complex borrower needs
- Offer a full suite of lending products: bridge, private, hard money, and agency refinance
- Manage the entire deal pipeline from prospecting to closing, supported by Alpha’s internal lending team
- Track performance and manage pipeline through HubSpot CRM
- Stay up to date on capital markets, interest rates, and commercial real estate trends
What You Bring
- 5 years of commercial real estate lending experience
- Proven track record of originating and closing commercial loans
- Strong borrower and broker referral network
- Deep knowledge of underwriting, structuring, and loan products
- Existing borrower relationships strongly preferred
- Organized, self-driven, and competitive mindset
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
