Job Title: Field Safety Manager — Transmission Line Construction

Location: Northern Minnesota
Hours: 50-60 Hours per Week
Per Diem: $215 / day (7 days)
Vehicle and Fuel Card Provided
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12-15 month contract with potential for extension

Job Overview:

Alpha & Omega Safety Services is seeking a Safety Manager for a long term Transmission Construction Project in Minnesota. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, implementing safety programs, and maintaining a safe work environment on-site.

Qualifications:
 • Experience in Transmission and Distribution safety
 • Minimum OSHA 510
 • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance in construction
 • Ability to lead safety meetings, conduct site inspections, and enforce safety policies

Benefits & Compensation:
 • Per Diem: $215 / day (7 days)
 • Vehicle Allowance: Truck and Fuel Card Provided
 • Contract Duration: 12-15 months with the potential for extension
 • Overtime Pay: Time and a half after 40 hours

Salary : $30 - $50
