Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new leads
- Research and identify importers and wholesale businesses as potential clients
- Qualify prospects through discovery conversations
- Schedule meetings for senior sales team members
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM system
- Follow up consistently with prospects
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn B2B sales and software solutions
Preferred:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Interest in technology or software industry
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $65,000
