Role Description This part-time, on-site Manufacturing Engineer role is based in Lakeland, FL. The Manufacturing Engineer will participate in the design, development, and optimization of custom additive manufacturing machines and related processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting process planning, improving manufacturability, collaborating with mechanical and industrial engineering teams, and assisting with machine setup, testing, and validation. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, documenting standard work and procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement activities on the shop floor. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional team members to ensure product quality, safety, and reliable performance.
