- Assist with activities of daily living such as mobility support using Hoyer lifts, personal hygiene, and feeding for patients with diverse needs including dementia, Alzheimer's, or behavioral health conditions
- Support clinical teams by preparing examination rooms, handling medical supplies, and maintaining aseptic techniques during procedures such as phlebotomy and medical documentation
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) and electronic medical records (EMR) systems like Cerner and eClinicalWorks to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Coordinate office tasks including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling correspondence to streamline clinic operations
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver clear updates on care plans and treatment progress
- Uphold HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and ensuring compliance with all privacy standards
- Prior experience working in medical offices or healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or outpatient clinics is highly preferred
- Demonstrated critical care experience in environments like ICU or Level I Trauma Centers enhances your ability to handle complex cases with confidence
- Experience with specialized care such as dementia, Alzheimer’s, memory care, behavioral health, or hospice care is advantageous
