Responsibilities:
Requesting, analyzing, and summarizing documents and records
Matter and discovery organization
Conducting fact investigations and analysis
Oral and written communications with clients, opposing counsel, providers, consultants, and experts
Assisting in deposition and trial preparation
Very strong technology skills and the commitment to advance in the use of litigation support, document management, and trial preparation software
