We are looking for a strategic, high-level leader to serve as our next Director of Afterschool Programs. This role requires the ability to move throughout a multi-building campus and actively support program operations in both indoor and outdoor environments, including during South Florida weather conditions. The position may require standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 25 pounds, and responding quickly in emergency situations involving children, staff, or families.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the strategic direction and growth of our afterschool programs.
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, enrollment planning, and operational sustainability.
- Ensure full compliance with Florida DCF licensing and regulatory standards.
- Guide staffing structures, training expectations, and performance management processes..
- Oversee inclusion and special needs programming from a compliance and structural standpoint
- Partner with organizational leadership, families, schools, and community stakeholders.
- Provide senior leadership support during summer camp season.
- 5 years of leadership experience in youth development, school-age childcare, or afterschool programming.
- Strong understanding of Florida DCF licensing and compliance.
- Experience managing budgets, projections, and operational planning.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Florida Director Credential or FCCPC completed or actively in process.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- Passion for creating high-quality, inclusive youth experiences.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
