What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist Clinic Lead-Opportunity for growth and freedom position at Alpenglow Physical Therapy?
Clinic Lead Physical Therapist
Alpenglow Physical Therapy | Helena, Montana
Help Us Build Something Great in Helena
Alpenglow Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist who wants more than simply stepping into an existing position.
We're looking for someone who wants to build.
We are expanding Alpenglow into Helena and are searching for a Clinic Lead Physical Therapist to help launch, grow, and shape our newest location.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a clinic from the beginning while having the resources, systems, mentorship, and support of an established private practice behind you.
The Opportunity
As our Helena Clinic Lead, you'll begin as a treating Physical Therapist while helping us establish Alpenglow within the Helena community.
As the clinic grows, so will your role.
You'll have the opportunity to help:
- Build your ideal patient population and clinical niche.
- Develop relationships within the Helena healthcare community.
- Recruit and develop future team members.
- Shape the culture of the clinic from day one.
- Create programs and services you're passionate about.
- Grow into the leadership of an established Alpenglow location.
We don't want someone to simply operate our playbook. We want a leader who can bring their own ideas, strengths, and personality to what we build together.
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
- Are an excellent Physical Therapist who genuinely cares about people.
- Want greater ownership and influence over your career.
- Enjoy building relationships and being involved in your community.
- Are excited by growth and creating something new.
- Lead with humility, positivity, curiosity, and accountability.
- Want to develop other clinicians as the team grows.
- Have ideas—and want an organization that will listen to them.
- Believe great culture and great patient care should go hand in hand.
Leadership experience is valuable, but leadership potential, initiative, and alignment with our values matter more.
How We Practice
Our patient care philosophy is simple:
Advocate. Listen. Empower.
We believe patients deserve deeply personal care from clinicians who have the time and freedom to understand what matters to them.
Our core values are:
Teamwork | Dedication | Skill | Ethics
Our goal is not simply to get patients through physical therapy. We want to help people return to the activities, experiences, and lives that matter to them.
This Isn't a Traditional Clinic Director Position
You won't be walking into someone else's clinic and being asked to maintain it.
You'll help create it.
Alpenglow will provide the infrastructure, administrative support, systems, brand, and resources necessary to build the clinic. You'll bring the clinical leadership, relationships, ideas, and energy that make the Helena location its own.
If you've ever thought:
“I'd love to build my own clinic, but I don't necessarily want to do it alone.”
We should talk.

Let's Build It Together
If you're looking for a position where everything has already been decided for you, this probably isn't it.
If you're excited by the opportunity to build a team, develop a clinic, care deeply for your patients, and leave your fingerprints on something from the beginning, we'd love to meet you.!
