Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Revenue Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Complete all payroll duties
- Efficiently manage office schedules and appointments
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Utilize ADP for payroll and related administrative tasks
- Assist in medical office management tasks as needed
- Support budgeting activities and financial record-keeping
- Conduct training sessions for new hires
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence handling
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in all communications
Experience
Required Skills:
- Payroll experience (minimum of 1 year)
- Proficiency in schedule management and file organization
- Experience using ADP or similar payroll software
- Knowledge of medical office management practices
- Ability to assist in budgeting tasks and training development
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience as an administrative clerk is a plus
Pay: $43,500.00 - $46,000.00 per year
