We’re Hiring: Part-Time Customer Service Representative
Alpena Glass & Door Company is looking for a friendly, outgoing, detail-loving person to join our team!
We’re a family-owned business that has been serving Alpena and the surrounding area since 1950, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a busy local business where every day looks a little different.
This is a part-time, on-site position at Alpena Glass & Door Company in Alpena, MI.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the friendly face and voice customers interact with when they call or stop in. This position includes greeting customers, answering questions, helping process orders, assisting with billing and accounts receivable, keeping records organized, and making sure customers have a great experience from start to finish.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has great customer service skills
Enjoys talking with people and helping solve problems
Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Has good computer skills
Can manage multiple tasks in a busy office setting
Communicates clearly and professionally
Works well with customers and our team
Can work on-site in Alpena, MI
Experience in customer service, office work, construction, or the glass industry is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
