Role:
Advises new and existing members with their financial wellness needs, opens and closes individual membership accounts, processes transactions, resolves account problems, and provides advice regarding other products and services of the Credit Union. Follows the Credit Union mission and member promise statements.

Experience One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Other Skills Working knowledge of principles and processes for providing member and personal services. Actively looks for ways to help people. Communicates information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. Working knowledge of related computer systems and applications.
