This individual will assist with resort front desk responsibilities, golf package sales and hosting, player development programming, and operational leadership.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
Resort Front Desk & Guest Services
- Provide professional front desk coverage including guest check-in and check-out
- Take reservations for RV sites, cabins, and group stays
- Escort guests and groups to their sites and provide property orientation
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist with retail merchandising and buying plan
- Conduct monthly inventory and manage retail cost of goods
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest service
- Quote, reserve, and manage golf package groups
- Coordinate tee times with Gaylord Golf Mecca partner courses
- Serve as on-site host for golf groups and outings
- Assist with itinerary planning and group logistics
- Maintain strong communication with golf partners and guests
- Conduct individual and group golf lessons
- Create and implement PGA Player Development programming
- Lead clinics, junior golf, and beginner programs
- Assist with club fitting and club repair services
- Support retail merchandising related to instruction and equipment
- Design and implement annual league programs at Mulligans at the Bluffs
- Plan and execute tournaments, social events, and golf activities
- Develop new programming to drive participation and revenue
- Promote events through marketing and guest engagement
- Support the General Manager in daily operations
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Help develop and manage staff scheduling
- Assist in designing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Process invoices and perform administrative duties
- Gain exposure to all aspects of resort and golf operations
- PGA Associate, PGA Member, or actively pursuing PGA Membership preferred
- Golf / resort operations experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales and hospitality mindset
