What are the responsibilities and job description for the Classified Substitute - Cafeteria position at Alpaugh Unified?
Under the direct supervision of the kitchen supervisor, prepares and cooks a variety of foods in large quantities, packaging food for transport assists in maintenance of school kitchen, and performs other related works as required.
Requirements/Qualifications
* High School Graduate or equivalent
* Current TB Skin Test (within 3 months)
* Resume
* Letters of recommendation
* Some experience in quantity food preparation desirable
* Knowledge of basic kitchen utensils and equipment
* Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions/instructions
* Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with children and adults contacted in the course of work
* Physically ability to lift, bend, stoop and to reach overhead, and able to lift at least 25 lbs.
