The Role
We are looking for a Director of Growth & Creator Ecosystem to lead creator-led distribution for AloYou.
This is a creator-first growth role, not a traditional marketing role.
You will not be joining to manage campaigns.
You are here to help AloYou spread through creators, content, and trusted networks.
Your core question every day:
How do we get more creators talking about AloYou?
You will be one of the primary public-facing voices of AloYou within the creator and startup ecosystem.
What You Will Do
- Creator-Led Growth

- Build and manage relationships with creators across platforms (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X)

- Identify and activate creators who genuinely align with AloYou’s mission

- Develop creator collaborations that drive real adoption, not just impressions

- Turn creators into long-term distribution partners
- Content & Storytelling
- Create and appear in content that explains AloYou simply and clearly
- Work directly with founders and creators to shape narratives
- Develop repeatable content formats that drive awareness and understanding
- Help translate complex ideas (continuity, cognition, AI workflows) into simple language
Distribution Through People
- Identify how ideas about AloYou spread through creator networks
- Build systems that make AloYou naturally shareable
- Support creator-led launches, content drops, and ecosystem activations
- Help build early cultural awareness around AloYou
Public-Facing Representation
- Act as one of the faces of AloYou in creator and startup spaces
- Engage actively with the ecosystem on behalf of the company
- Build visibility through authentic content and relationships
Who This Is For
This role is for someone who is already a creator or deeply embedded in creator ecosystems.
You may be:
- A creator yourself (video, writing, podcasting, social)
- A creator partnerships lead
- A community or growth operator in a startup
- Someone who has built audiences or helped others build theirs
You understand:
- Why people share content
- How trust spreads online
- How creators influence adoption
- How communities form around ideas
Most importantly, you can both:
- Create content
- And work with other creators to distribute it
What Success Looks Like
- Creators actively talking about AloYou without being pushed
- Clear, repeatable content formats emerging around our ideas
- Strong presence across creator and startup ecosystems
- Organic awareness and adoption driven through trust, not ads
