The Performance Marketer will own the execution and optimization of our paid advertising strategy across digital channels. This role will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with account-based goals, monitored closely for performance, and adjusted regularly to improve conversion rates and return on spend. You’ll play a critical role in generating qualified pipeline through data-driven experimentation and clear reporting.
What you’ll do
- Own and execute all paid ads campaigns, including display ads, PPC, social ads, and retargeting
- Optimize campaigns daily using real-time data and insights to ensure efficient spend and ROI
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to run ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts
- Conduct persona research and help develop targeting strategies to improve lead quality
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows and attribution in HubSpot
- Report on paid performance metrics with clarity and action items for optimization
- Test and iterate on ad creative, messaging, and audience segmentation to increase conversion
- Ensure alignment between top-of-funnel acquisition and mid-funnel nurturing efforts
Who you are
- 2 years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or paid ads roles
- Experience in B2B SaaS is required – you understand the sales cycles and metrics that matter
- Strong knowledge of ad channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social platforms
- HubSpot proficiency is a must, especially in campaign tracking and automation
- Analytical mindset – you use data to make decisions and improve performance
- Proven track record running ABM and full-funnel digital campaigns
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration
- Based in Phoenix, AZ – this role is hybrid with 3 in-office days per week
