Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their breakfast experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, while upselling specials and enhancing sales opportunities
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity and precision
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest interactions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and cash handling accurately
- Food safety certification prederred or knowledge of sanitation standards
- Experience with food handling, food preparation, bussing, and guest relations in hospitality settings
