What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aesthetic Nurse Injector position at Alora LifeSpa?
We are seeking a skilled and certified Aesthetic Injector to join our team at Alora LifeSpa. The ideal candidate will have experience in administering Botox and other neurotoxins, as well as potentially dermal fillers and other aesthetic treatments. This role requires a strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient safety, and the latest aesthetic techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Botox injections and other non-surgical cosmetic treatments.
- Assess and evaluate patients’ aesthetic concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain patient records and follow proper documentation protocols.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment education and care instructions to clients.
- Ensure compliance with Maryland state regulations and safety protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and continuing education in medical aesthetics.
- Work collaboratively with supervising physician and medical team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Maryland license as an NP, PA, RN, or MD (required).
- Certification in Botox and dermal fillers (preferred)
- Experience in cosmetic injectables and medical aesthetics (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional patient care and build long-term relationships with clients.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience working in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice.
- Training or certification from recognized organizations (AAFE, AMET, Allergan, etc.).
- Knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques.

Pay: $45.00 - $52.00 per hour
