We're seeking a passionate BCBA or BCBA-D to join our High Desert team in a hybrid or remote role that blends clinical leadership with hands-on impact.

What You'll Do (Clinical Leadership Impact)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support onboarding
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans
- Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training
- Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments
- Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal)
- Collaborate closely with your Area Director and clinical leadership team
- Support funding source communication as needed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- 2 years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs
- Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
