As an ABA Clinical Recruiter, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment for key clinical roles, including Case Supervisors and BCBAs. You'll partner closely with clinical leaders to understand staffing needs, caseload demands, candidate qualifications, and hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Case Supervisor and BCBA roles
- Source active and passive ABA clinical candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach
- Conduct thoughtful phone and virtual screenings focused on clinical experience, supervision style, ethics, and overall fit
- Partner with Clinical Directors, Regional Leadership, and internal teams to understand hiring priorities and pipeline needs
- Maintain accurate candidate activity and dispositions in the ATS
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and retention
- Support a positive, transparent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding handoff
- 2 years of recruiting experience, with experience in ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, or clinical recruiting preferred
- Experience recruiting BCBAs and/or Case Supervisors required
- Strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clinical leaders
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; ATS experience required
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
