- Support and supervise Behavior Technicians, providing coaching and guidance.
- Working with an age population primarily between the ages of 5 to 25.
- Help develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans.
- Work closely with parents to ensure effective communication and training.
- Maintain compliance and collaborate with funding sources.
- Play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field with 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (units towards BCBA coursework preferred)
- Valid driver's licenses, reliable transportation, and ability to travel through designated geographic areas
- Successfully pass a criminal background check, TB tests, Pre-employment Physical/Fit for Duty exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ Varicella during onboarding
- $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)
