As a Behavior Technician, you’ll deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help build skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
Pay: $20 - $26 / hour

Responsibilities
- Work effectively in school, home or clinic settings while adapting strategies to each environment
- Implement individualized ABA programs under the direction of the supervising BCBA
- Collect and record accurate session data using agency-approved software (e.g., Boost, HiRasmus)
- Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families and team members
- Participate in required training sessions, team meetings and supervision hours
- Support the generalization of client skills across multiple settings and caregivers
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical and confidentiality standards
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Ability to work 10 - 40 hours / week
- Valid California Class C driver's license, valid insurance, and own transportation
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and eager to learn
- RBT certification preferred - training available for qualified candidates!
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Must pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, take a TB test, and show proof of required vaccinations during our onboarding. Costs will be reimbursed with the first regular payroll.
