This is a full-time, on-site role for a Veterinary Technician based in Santa Ana, CA. The Veterinary Technician will assist veterinarians in providing medical care, perform diagnostic tests, monitor anesthesia, educate clients on pet care, and ensure the comfort and safety of all animals. Responsibilities include maintaining medical records, administering medications, and supporting the hospital team during clinical procedures.
- Demonstrated skills in Animal Care and Pet Care to ensure the health and well-being of animals
- Expertise in Veterinary Technology, including knowledge of medical practices, diagnostics, and treatments
- Proficiency in Anesthesiology, including monitoring patients during procedures
- Strong Client Education skills to effectively communicate with pet owners about animal care and health
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
- Experience in a veterinary clinical or hospital setting is preferred
- Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or equivalent qualification is a plus
