Role Description

This part-time role is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working in home/daycare settings in Chicago Area, IL. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans, and monitoring client progress. The role includes supervising and training behavior technicians, collaborating with families and caregivers, and implementing behavior management strategies to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. The BCBA will also support parent education and provide guidance to ensure the success of interventions in multiple settings.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Knowledge and experience in Behavior Management techniques
• Proficiency in Parent Education and collaboration with families
• Foundational understanding of Psychology and its application to behavior practices
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD or related conditions
