CNC Brakebrake Press Operator and Trainees
Aloma Shim and Manufacturing Company is a metal fabrication job shop located in Verona Pennsylvania. We form parts on the brake press using up to 1/2" thick material, i.e. steel, stainless steel and aluminum. This is generally a high part mix - low quantity environment. We have openings for experienced CNC Brake Press Operators and trainees for 2nd and 3rd shifts. We use Amada and Accurpress press brakes.
Job Requirements:
· 1 year experience in set up and operation of a CNC Press Brake
· Blueprint reading and interpretation
· Ability to use measuring tools, i.e. calipers, mics, squares etc.
· Ability to inspect parts to the drawing
· Ability to transition quickly from one job to another
· Ability to work collaboratively with others
· Ability to work standing for extended periods of time
· Ability to lift, handle, push and pull parts weighing up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
· Must be able to pass a physical, drug test and background check.
